Shipping & Returns

1. What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you purchased your Terra products from a retailer, you will need to contact the original retailer for information on their return policy.


2. Can I shop as a guest rather than signing up for a Terra account?

Yes, when you’ve finished shopping, simply continue to the checkout and complete your transaction as a guest.


3. What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay and Diners Club.


4. Where do you deliver?

We currently ship via USPS and FedEx to all Contiguous Unites States.  Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping costs prohibit us from shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/AFO addresses at this time.


5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates depend upon your location, as well as the weight of your order.  We offer Free Shipping for orders $70 and above. Expedited shipping is available for an upcharge - please note all cases of Diapers and Training Pants automatically ship FedEx Ground due to their weight and size. We reserve the right to condense shipments if there are multiple orders going to the same ship to address to maximize shipping efficiency. 


6. When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped next business day out of our US warehouse located in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA.  Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.


7. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.


8. My package shows as delivered, but I haven't received it? OR My package appears to be lost, what can I do?

Once a package leaves our warehouse in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA it is in the hands of the carrier and thus you will need to reach out to the carrier for assistance in tracking/locating your product.  We are only able to check the tracking status using the tracking number. If it shows as delivered, but you have not received it, you will need to file a lost package claim. OR If there has been no movement on your package for several days, you will need to reach out and file a lost package claim.
