1. What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

If you purchased your Terra products from a retailer, you will need to contact the original retailer for information on their return policy.

2. Can I shop as a guest rather than signing up for a Terra account?

Yes, when you’ve finished shopping, simply continue to the checkout and complete your transaction as a guest.

3. What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay and Diners Club.

4. Where do you deliver?

We currently ship via UPS and FedEx to all Contiguous Unites States.  Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping costs prohibit us from shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/AFO addresses at this time.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates depend upon your location, as well as the weight of your order.  We offer Free Shipping for orders $70 and above.

6. When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped next business day out of our US warehouse located in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA.  Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
